She transitioned to Esmos Recruitment, where she found a platform to expand her skills and take on a variety of projects. "I loved things immediately because I was able to take on more tasks and be involved in more projects," she shares. Her role encompasses both administration and operations, making her a crucial part of our team.

Rebecca takes immense pride in being the central point of contact for the team. "I am a middleman between the majority of the team and management to ensure everything flows smoothly," she says. Her responsibilities range from financial tasks to regular check-ins with the owner of the business, Mark. Her role involves a myriad of administrative and operational duties, reflecting her adaptability and versatility.

"Focus on your priorities, be great with your time management, and always tackle the toughest task first," she advises. Loving what you do is also crucial, as it ensures reliability and dedication.

Originally from the Philippines and now residing in Dubai, she enjoys preparing traditional Filipino dishes to stay connected to her roots. She recently visited Japan, a trip she describes as one of her favourites, and has a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine.
