Luis’s entry into the events industry was serendipitous. Originally starting as a Sales Director, he quickly found his niche in project management and leadership. "I’ve been in events for over ten years. It was a natural progression from managing sales to leading projects," Luis recalls. His initial foray involved developing new markets in China and Southeast Asia, eventually transitioning from Singapore to Indonesia, and later to the middle east..
A Shift in Focus
A significant career milestone came when Luis moved from China to Dubai, a transition facilitated by Esmos Recruitment.
