ESMOS are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager for one of our clients

As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus is to drive growth by expanding business internationally, particularly through tradeshows, events, and interiors markets.

The Business Development Manager responsibilities are spearheads international business growth through tradeshows, events, and interiors markets, while ensuring client retention via adept account management. They engage potential clients at exhibitions, maintain CRM records meticulously, and provide concise weekly reports. Through effective communication and negotiation, they foster profitable relationships, contributing to the company's sustained global success.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating proficiency in business development.

  • Prior experience in sales and account management, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Advantageous to have experience in exhibitions, events, and interiors

  • Additional language skills are a plus

  • Requires creativity, passion, energy, proactivity, and self-motivation to succeed

  • Availability and willingness to travel internationally.

  • To support with the client’s expansion into the KSA market

  • Flexibility for hybrid/WFH, with occasional office attendance (e.g. once every 1-2 weeks)

  • Full, clean driving license is a must.
