ESMOS is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a client in an experiential marketing agency.

As a Business Development Manager, the key responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential clients through market research, maintaining a robust prospect pipeline, and delivering compelling sales pitches. Establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients and collaborating with creative teams to tailor proposals are essential. Meeting or exceeding sales targets, negotiating deals, and managing contracts are crucial aspects. Additionally, tracking sales metrics, ensuring campaign alignment with client expectations, and effectively communicating client needs to internal teams is vital. Staying updated on industry trends and technologies, as well as attending industry events to share insights, completes the role's requirements.


  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in UAE's experiential marketing or events industry.

  • Ideally, someone with good contacts in Gov’t/semi-govt clients

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Must have UAE experience. GCC is a plus
