We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a global client based in Dubai, UAE.

The purpose of the role is to sell sponsorships and exhibition space at designated events and to deliver the highest possible overall sales performance and success of the events.

The Job

  • Develop business and sales plans KPIs, milestone targets and timelines in collaboration with the Sales Director.

  • Consult with major clients and prospects to determine and drive the key project goals.

  • Demonstrate ownership of and use the sales methodology to sell sponsorship and exhibition packages.

  • Consistently hit event revenue targets and achieve a minimal acceptable level of performance per calendar month.

  • Present tailored, benefit-driven solutions

  • Produce strong and effective sponsorship proposals

  • Pitch effectively across multiple decision-makers. Contacting a minimum of 25 decision-makers per week.
