As the Business Partnerships Director you will lead efforts to create high-value business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance digital capabilities and expand our reach. Your role focuses on digital innovation and elevating the brand experience through technology, gaming, and interactive content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy.
• Demonstrate expertise in solutions sales with C-suite stakeholders.
• Build a successful business portfolio for digital media or digital experience products/services.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities in digital, tech, production, and gaming industries.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and creative teams.
• Exceed client expectations and ensure KPIs and project milestones are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company’s brands at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Understand communications strategy and advertising principles.
• Be open to travel as needed for business engagements.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related field in digital, tech, or gaming industries
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills with senior-level stakeholders
• Deep understanding of digital trends, technology platforms, and the gaming industry
• Strong communication and negotiating skills essential
