Our client a leading event management company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Marketing Manager. The role can be based in the UK/

As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote their events, drive attendance, and enhance our brand image.

You will be the marketing lead on two annual exhibitions, with ownership of the marketing plans, and campaign output.

You will work with a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilise your expertise in event marketing to create innovative campaigns that attract and engage our target audience.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing campaign plans for the events that align with overall event growth targets.

  • Contribute to and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to promote our events, ensuring consistent messaging, brand integrity and maximum reach - including copywriting and design work across all channels.

  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and always monitoring and optimising ROI with tracked campaigns.

  • Utilise a mix of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid digital and print media, content marketing and traditional advertising to drive event awareness and attendance.

  • Develop compelling event messaging with strong English grammar and spelling that resonates with the individual audiences.

  • Measure and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Head of Marketing, Marketing Director and Commercial teams.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

·       Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

·       Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

·       Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

·       Willingness to travel
