The role of a Client Relations Manager is crucial in driving growth and increasing revenue. They are responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that can help expand the reach and influence of the podcast. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the listenership of the podcast, which involves identifying and engaging with the target audience.
Identify and target potential clients and partners, using a variety of methods such as networking, cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Attend business development group level workshops; share leads, best practices, and contribute to business development activities of all the brands of the group.
At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
Must have radio and advertising background.
Middle East regional experience
Maintaining existing client relationships
Proven track record in achieving target
Specific experience of delivering best in class pitches to global brand clients
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Arabic
