Conference Producer

Our client, a global events company, is looking to take on board a Conference Producer to join their team.

The Conference Producer will be responsible in building conferences from scratch, researching the hot topics from the industry, speaking with key stakeholders, identifying and acquiring top-level speakers and moderators, brainstorming creative ideas as well as elements of marketing and budgetary management.

This role is open for permanent or long-term freelance work and can be onsite or remote.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years conference production experience

• Excellent networking and information gathering abilities

• Experience in the technology/ IT/ AI industries is a MUST

• Comfortable conducting regular phone calls and meetings with a range of senior industry figures

• Strong teamwork skills to ensure the efficient running of content team

• Agile learner with the ability to develop in-depth technical knowledge on diverse topics and an understanding of key commercial drivers underlying your products

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
