The Job:

  • Devise strategies to optimize email campaigns for higher conversion rates.

  • Implement A/B testing and analyze results to refine future campaigns.

  • Develop initiatives to enhance overall customer engagement across marketing channels.

  • Utilize analytics to measure and improve customer interactions.

  • Refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor campaigns to specific audiences.

  • Analyze campaign response rates and customer feedback to improve segmentation.

  • Implement measures to streamline campaign execution processes.

  • Measure and report on the efficiency gains achieved in lead nurturing and conversion.

  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for campaign optimization.

  • Implement data-driven insights to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement across various marketing channels.

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive cross-channel experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

  • Minimum  of 3 years of experience in email marketing, segmentation, and campaign optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.

  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
