ESMOS is currently looking for a visionary Country Head with a strong background in the events industry for one of our established clients based in Saudi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of around 7 direct reports, overseeing client relationships, and driving both business and team growth.

About the company:

Our client’s current portfolio works on a wide range of festivals, ceremonies, mass participation sports events and conferences.


  • Complete responsibility for overseeing the entire functioning of the KSA office, including full accountability for P&L. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a proven track record in managing an events business that works on multiple projects at a time, with wide-ranging budgets and scopes. 

  • You will need to be able to demonstrate how in previous roles you have developed a business, delivered commercial results and managed complex clients and stakeholders.  This company has a great reputation in the local market and a proven track record in delivering world-class events. 

  • The Saudi business is expected to grow exponentially over the next 5 years and with it the successful applicant will need to be able to both grow the client base, commercial return and a team at the same time.  This is an amazing role for someone who is looking for a challenge to grow and develop a business in their own style and leadership. 


  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on commercial aspects.

  • Proven track record in managing and growing a team.

  • Strong understanding of the events industry landscape in Saudi Arabia.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive a business development team and achieve revenue targets.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
