In the role of Creative Director, you will be a dynamic force at the intersection of creativity and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
- Oversee the visual and thematic execution of events, ensuring cohesive and impactful design.
- Direct the creation of marketing and event materials that meet brand standards and quality expectations.
- Manage and mentor a creative team, fostering innovation and maintaining high performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Ensure creative output is delivered within budget while maintaining quality and innovation.
- Act as the main creative contact for clients, presenting ideas and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Uphold creative excellence and integrate industry trends to keep outputs fresh and competitive.
- Review the creative success of each project and implement learnings for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in events, marketing, or advertising
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing creative teams and large-scale projects
- Expertise in event design, branding, and integrated campaign development
- Excellent team management and client servicing abilities
- Strong account management skills with the ability to interpret and deliver on client briefs
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, innovative concepts
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
