The Data & Marketing Manager will have full of ideas, bursting with creativity and able to think outside the box whilst maintaining a keen eye for details and responsible in managing data strategies for conferences and exhibitions.
Take the lead on data management including data quality, segmentation, data collection, analytics and key processes.
Develop in consultation with the Senior Marketing Manager, integrated visitor-prom and exhibitor-prom activity plans that use channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives.
Develop efficiencies for data management and innovate methods for achieving data growth
Take care of all email campaign management including data segmentation, copywriting, proofing, scheduling and analysing
Manage exhibition/conference websites
Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns
Complete competitor benchmarking for promotional activity
Input to the annual Strategic Marketing Planning process
Adhere to all policies and procedures with regards to budget expenditure, displaying budget control and reporting any variances promptly to the Senior Marketing Manager
Direct manage the team – Marketing Executives
Excellent copywriting skills
Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
Strong planning and organisational skills
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
