The Data & Marketing Manager will have full of ideas, bursting with creativity and able to think outside the box whilst maintaining a keen eye for details and responsible in managing data strategies for conferences and exhibitions.


  • Take the lead on data management including data quality, segmentation, data collection, analytics and key processes.

  • Develop in consultation with the Senior Marketing Manager, integrated visitor-prom and exhibitor-prom activity plans that use channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives.

  • Develop efficiencies for data management and innovate methods for achieving data growth

  • Take care of all email campaign management including data segmentation, copywriting, proofing, scheduling and analysing

  • Manage exhibition/conference websites

  • Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns

  • Complete competitor benchmarking for promotional activity

  • Input to the annual Strategic Marketing Planning process

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures with regards to budget expenditure, displaying budget control and reporting any variances promptly to the Senior Marketing Manager

  • Direct manage the team – Marketing Executives

Key Characteristics

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)

  • Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies

  • Strong planning and organisational skills

  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
