DELEGATE SALES EXECUTIVE

 

As a Delegate Sales Executive, your key role is to boost revenue by selling delegate packages for global conferences. You'll manage specific clients and regions, meet sales targets, and collaborate with marketing and event teams.

 

Responsibilities:-

  • Meet sales goals and work with marketing on campaigns.
  • Identify client needs and sell delegate packages.
  • Handle client relationships and revenue targets.
  • Research market trends and competitors.
  • Enhance customer retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to target prospects and build effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure delegate needs are met throughout the event cycle.
  • Attend conferences to secure future commitments.

 

Requirements:-

  • Proven B2B conference delegate sales experience, ideally 1-year experience in telesales.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and objection handling.
  • Excellent English; other languages are a plus.
  • Commercially savvy with a talent for numbers and client packages.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-focused.
  • Skilled in planning, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced with CRM, social media, and sales campaigns.
