An exceptional opportunity for a dynamic sales professional with experience in the events and exhibitions sector. We are seeking a candidate with proven sales and business development skills to join a global event organizer producing world-class exhibitions.

 

The Delegate Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive business development and consultative sales. This role requires strong sales skills, strategic client engagement, and leadership. Collaboration across departments and process improvements are essential.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase delegate revenue.
  • Engage clients through consultative sales techniques.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Overcome sales challenges using data-driven insights and past successes.
  • Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Mentor and support the sales team, tracking performance and driving improvements.
  • Proactively generate leads and expand key accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B conference delegate sales experience, ideally 1 year experience in tele-sales.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and objection handling.
  • Excellent English; other languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-focused.
  • Proven ability to secure new business beyond account management.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and proactive approach.
