Our clients are looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-orientated Executive Assistant with a proven track record in the events industry in the Middle East. As they are expanding their international operations with a new office in Dubai and strengthening their team with a dedicated resource to help the Managing Director in administration, organisational tasks, business development and research as well as finance and HR among other important tasks.
The Job:
Plan, organise and anticipate requirements well in advance to support the smooth running of the business.
Support all aspects of the MD's work including appointments and calendar, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, meeting agendas, minutes and other key paperwork for meetings.
Office management, including liaising with the wider team for items such as management of the company software suite.
Using the company's digital CRM system and Project Management software to manage daily tasks and allocated accounts, communications and more.
Project admin and budgeting support.
General admin tasks for the company, and directly for the Managing Director.
Maintain good records in line with company procedures.
Planning and coordination of corporate and staff events.
Effectively handle phone and email enquiries and requests, as well as digital correspondence and communication
Assisting with the organisation of exhibitions and events and attending if/where required.
Support the wider event and senior management team as required.
