Our clients are looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-orientated Executive Assistant with a proven track record in the events industry in the Middle East. As they are expanding their international operations with a new office in Dubai and strengthening their team with a dedicated resource to help the Managing Director in administration, organisational tasks, business development and research as well as finance and HR among other important tasks.

The Job:

  • Plan, organise and anticipate requirements well in advance to support the smooth running of the business.

  • Support all aspects of the MD's work including appointments and calendar, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, meeting agendas, minutes and other key paperwork for meetings.

  • Office management, including liaising with the wider team for items such as management of the company software suite.

  • Using the company's digital CRM system and Project Management software to manage daily tasks and allocated accounts, communications and more.

  • Project admin and budgeting support.

  • General admin tasks for the company, and directly for the Managing Director.

  • Maintain good records in line with company procedures.

  • Planning and coordination of corporate and staff events.

  • Effectively handle phone and email enquiries and requests, as well as digital correspondence and communication

  • Assisting with the organisation of exhibitions and events and attending if/where required.

  • Support the wider event and senior management team as required.
