EVENT DIRECTOR

Our prestigious client is on the lookout for an experienced Event Director to join their team and take their events to the next level!

This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring targets are met and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is ambitious, sociable, and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintain relationships with clients, monitor competitors, and innovate event strategies
• Develop new business opportunities to boost revenue and establish partnerships
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans across departments
• Collaborate with Sales Director for commercial management and revenue goals
• Support Portfolio Director in managing event profit and loss
• Monitor sales performance, oversee marketing strategy, and improve visitor experience
• Ensure high-standard operational preparations for successful event delivery

Requirements:-

• Experience in large-scale Exhibitions and conferences is mandatory. Experience with Profit & Loss responsibility preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work well under pressure, and attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving approach.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent networking and information-gathering abilities.
• Prioritization of customer care.
• Delivery of excellent presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Salesforce advantageous
