The Group of HR Directors is responsible for establishing HR as a strategic partner for leadership team and contribute in shaping and growing our organisation by managing all aspects of People Management and Development.

Also, ensure state-of-the-art Employee Experience, People Effectiveness and Organisational Performance.

Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team

  • Implement best HR practices across the organization

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape our company culture

  • Continually evaluate human resources strategies and plan to position company as an employer of choice and compete successfully in its respective local and regional labour markets.

  • Driving the people strategy, advising and building effective talent pipelines.

  • Support the UAE Government policy to integrate an increasing number of UAE Nationals into our employed cadre. Create and design initiatives to attract and retain an increasing number of UAE Nationals to our ranks.

  • Maintain knowledge of trends, and best practices including that of the company regulatory changes ie. MOHRE, GDRFA, GPSSA; and new technologies in human resources ie. SAP Success Factors, talent management, and employment Federal law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the Managing Director and Executive team.

Key Characteristics

  • 10+ years of HR management with a strong background in Talent and Organisational Development

  • Must be strategic with knowledge of UAE Federal Labour Law

  • In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and best practices

  • Knowledge of UAE Federal Labour Law

  • Middle East experience

  • UAE experience is a must

  • Arabic is preferred
