Our client is a leading conference & exhibition organiser with their offices in central London. They are hiring a Head of Content to join the team.

Strategy - differentiate ourselves from the competition to strategically position ourselves universally.
Business - a clear business plan supports content positioning, audience retention, acquisitions and product evolution.
Content Strategy Development - focused business mapping keeping regional and global actively relevant.
Mentoring - managed across all teams to establish in-depth industry knowledge across multiple products.
Influence - target industry stakeholders to positively influence their future decisions and continuous support.
Digital Content - encompassing the development of the community, is a crucial aspect of growth and engagement.
Social Profile - create a social media presence, encouraging industry participation from international communities.
Product and team development - repositioning ensures continued success and is vital for growth and expansion.
Manage a geographical, experimental and sectoral governing body to ensure continuity and succession planning of relevant programs.
The delivery of content and tangible return is crucial to the business's success, constantly reviewing the latest technology trends, conducting audience research and incorporating findings into delivering a marketing-leading product.
Team building - recruiting, training, guidance and production, including youth programmes.
Cultivate internal and external relationships, understand best practices and drive revenues while providing weekly status feedback.
Minimum Experience and Personal Attributes:
You are acquainted with the ability to connect and establish yourself internationally within its competitive grouping.
Ability to work across content, sales, marketing and operations teams
To simultaneously manage a multitude of strategies across international portfolios.
A team player
Confident, with the ability to travel extensively and a can-do attitude.
Degreed with an excellent command of English, another language would be beneficial.
