The Head of Content is a key leadership role within an organisation responsible for overseeing all aspects of content creation, strategy, and management. Responsibilities:-

  • Strategize to differentiate the business and position it strategically in the market, aligning with overarching business goals and growth initiatives.

  • Develop relevant global content strategies while mentoring teams to cultivate industry expertise across various products.

  • Engage stakeholders and foster support to influence future decisions, creating compelling digital content to engage and grow the online community.

  • Build a strong social media presence to encourage international industry participation.

  • Oversee product and team development for continual success and expansion, managing governing bodies for continuity and succession planning.

  • Leverage technology trends and audience insights to maximize content delivery and tangible returns.

  • Play a crucial role in team building by recruiting, training, and guiding teams, cultivating internal and external relationships to drive revenue growth, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:-

  • Experienced in establishing international connections within competitive markets.

  • Proficient in collaborating across content, sales, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Capable of managing multiple strategies across international portfolios simultaneously.

  • Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration and cooperation.

  • Confident and adaptable, willing to travel extensively with a proactive attitude.

  • Educated with a strong command of English, proficiency in another language is advantageous.
