Head of Creative

As the Head of Creative you be responsible for overseeing and driving the creative vision, direction, and execution within an organization. You will lead the creative team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment that nurtures talent and maximizes creative output.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field will be added advantage.

• At least 10 years’ experience in a senior-level creative role, preferably in an agency or in-house creative department.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative campaigns across various mediums.

• Expertise in branding, visual identity, and creative strategy development.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
