We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the event marketing and strategy.
Create, develop, and implement the overarching marketing strategy for the event deliverables across exhibitor, visitor, delegate and speaker acquisition process.
Work closely with the team on stakeholder management, including campaign verticals, with all entities.
Create and manage the marketing P&L for the campaign cycle with direct reporting.
Create and implement robust campaigns focusing on extraordinary growth and retention strategies.
Work with external PR agencies on domestic and global strategies to ensure MENA-wide and international coverage of all related PR content from direct releases to op-ed driven content.
Lead, manage and motivate a team of marketing managers and executives, including the setting of annual KPI’s and bonus structures.
5 + years in senior management.
Detailed knowledge of marketing best practices with strong knowledge and understanding of social media marketing.
Knowledge of mid to large-scale B2B exhibitions and conferences
Experience in developing an online and digital strategy.
A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering a successful event and an outstanding experience for event participants
Availability to travel.
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Arabic
