We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to create, manage and deliver the marketing strategy. This role is responsible for all strategic marketing to increase brand awareness and positioning and promote products and services while growing market share through customer retention and acquisitions. To ensure an exceptional level of marketing that adopts a mix of traditional and innovative tactics and strategies that reflects our global position internationally. The Job:

  • Commercially astute, able to identify opportunities and a strong business communicator with a passion for people and demonstrate experience in managing and developing a talented marketing team.

  • Create, develop, and implement the marketing strategy with deliverables.

  • Work closely with the VP on stakeholder management, including campaign verticals, with all entities.

  • Create and manage the marketing P&L for the campaign cycle with direct reporting.

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage 3rd party relationships across barters and industry associations.

  • Work closely with the team on creating all marketing-related collateral, paying close attention to the timeline management and deliverables, including website updating.

  • Work on strategy implementation, lead generation, agent management, sponsorship creation and delivery of all deliverables and sponsorship-related collateral.

  • Create and implement robust campaigns focusing on extraordinary growth and retention strategies.

  • Devise and implement comprehensive social media campaigns, including but not limited to programmatic, geo-fencing, re-targeting, social amplification, influencer marketing, SEO, display ad campaigns and paid content-rich campaigns, spanning the entire cycle.

  • Work for hybrid solutions to ensure seamless integration of pre-identified solutions across all marketing elements.

  • Work with external PR agencies on domestic and global strategies to ensure international coverage of all related PR content, from direct releases and driven content.

  • Develop relationships with trade associations, media, regulators, and industry organisations to foster support.

  • Work closely with the in-house database team on data management, including but not limited to data cleansing, acquisition, data building, gap analysis and segmentation management.

  • Work and collaborate with overseas offices developing, sharing and implementing best practice ideas and concepts.

  • Captain your team of managed and motivated marketing managers and executives, including setting annual KPIs and bonus structures

Personal Attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 years year's in senior management.

  • Degree educated.

  • Competent with knowledge of marketing and best practices with solid knowledge and understanding of social media marketing and data protection.

  • Experience with existing auditing procedures and introducing new systems.

  • Appreciation of international cultures/foreign language.

  • Ability to network and liaise with senior people/trade bodies and associations

  • Anticipation of market trends and proactive market involvement Communication – excellent written English and verbal communication skills, report writing, copywriting and presentation skills.
