As an HR Manager, you play a crucial role in overseeing the human resources functions within an organization.

Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in compliance with UAE and KSA labor laws.

  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance specific to the region.

  • Develop and implement strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the management and department heads, fostering a performance-driven culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Foster a positive work culture and employee well-being.

Key Characteristics

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of HR Management within the events industry,

  • Must be strategic with knowledge of UAE and KSA Labour Law and practices

  • In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and best practices

  • Knowledge of UAE Federal Labour Law

  • HR Certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) will be highly advantageous.

  • Middle East experience
