MARKETING AND PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
As a Marketing and Partnership Manager specialising in the events industry, dedicated in handling a conferences portfolio focuses on ensuring the success of events through strategic and innovative marketing efforts. The role involves orchestrating a comprehensive marketing approach, blending traditional and cutting-edge strategies to effectively position events within the market.
Responsibilities:-
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with partners, media, vendors, and global clients to ensure business growth and repeat engagements.
- Oversee daily updates and management of event-related content on social media and ensure websites are current and functional.
- Develop, implement, and collaborate on marketing campaigns tailored to each event to drive engagement and success.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials (both print and digital) to support events, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Identify and qualify leads to optimise revenue and meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of clients, ensuring all interactions and data are well-documented.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent content writing abilities (proficiency in English is essential).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in budget management and monitoring.
