ESMOS is assisting our client in finding a Marketing Director who will spearhead and motivate the team to execute top-tier marketing initiatives within allocated budgets and timelines. Their goal is to capitalize on opportunities and boost revenues, profits, and market share. They'll foster collaboration across departments to grasp marketing requirements, serve as the company's external face, and propel revenue growth through effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and monitor marketing plans and budgets for each portfolio.

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of planned tasks.

  • Establish measurable marketing goals to enhance results and reduce costs.

  • Conduct regular meetings on quality, lead generation, customer feedback, and effectiveness of sales collateral.

  • Identify key competitors and strategise for differentiation and market share capture.

  • Adapt frameworks to create effective social and content marketing strategies.

  • Provide coaching on impactful copywriting principles.

  • Develop and maintain realistic budgets.

  • Establish visual guidelines for consistent brand representation.

  • Innovate marketing campaigns to achieve goals and increase market share.

  • Analyze data insights to identify growth trends and mitigate risks.

  • Facilitate strategic partnerships to enhance brand credibility and explore new opportunities.

  • Train the team on company platforms, processes, and policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of brand/product management experience is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving, project, and time management skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
