The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and campaign plans. Using traditional and innovative marketing techniques, the Marketing Manager will support the drive to attract sponsors, exhibitors, delegates, visitors, and media and to strategize implement the integrated marcoms plan.

Tools Worked with:

  • Work closely with external and internal teams as well as agencies and suppliers devise and implement strategies and campaigns for marketing & communication activities for the Exhibition Dept and its portfolio of exhibitions within the tech cluster.

  • Develop innovative, measurable and high ROI marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Assist the project and sales managers in pitching for corporate sponsors.

  • Undertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with show directors and sales team across the tech cluster.

  • Work with the relevant show teams to develop, market and enhance the events through database building, research and additional exhibition offerings, e.g. conference programmes, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, webinars, podcasts,roadshow, networking events and more.

  • Source, negotiate and manage external support agencies including design, marketing, PR, photography, website, app, registration, exhibitor zones and research companies.

  • Closely monitor competitor events and keep up to date with industry news to maintain competitive edge.

Position Requirement:

  • Min 5+ years experience in Marketing coming from within marketing experience in the exhibitions organizing industry.

  • Familiar working in a fast-paced events environment

  • Content Writing, Email Marketing, Managed Design


  • Reporting: Google Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce

  • Project Management: Asana, Trello or similar

  • Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar

  • Email marketing: Eloqua, Hubspot, MailChimp or similar

  • Digital Marketing: organic and paid social, Google Ads, programmatic

  • Copywriting

  • OOH advertising
