Join an international team, working with a diverse and multinational team while developing effective strategies assisting with the company's projects and business development efforts.

The Marketing Manager will develop new initiatives and apply their B2B marketing experience to enhance and build marketing activity.

The Job:

  • Manage all the marketing and communication initiatives for all the programmes in the organisation.
  • Develop a marketing plan for lead generation and engage with each team to ensure optimum marketing for each task, driving traffic to our door.
  • Forecast and monitor the entire budget, marketing timeline and media plan.
  • Build an effective marketing campaign structure using all channels that adhere to the allocated marketing budget.
  • Use the entire marketing mix to promote the marketing strategy by utilising below and above-the-line mediums, including email, direct mail, PR, social media, outdoor advertising, online advertising, trade and daily advertising, SMS, website, radio, search engine marketing and TV.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Negotiate barter details with appropriate media partners and associations.
  • Coordinate the design, production and mail of all marketing collateral, including all brochures.
  • Provide onsite support when necessary.

Personal Attributes:

  • + 3 years experience at the mid-manager level.
  • Experience in using databases in targeted direct marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget monthly and allocate funds appropriately.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and relate to all levels both within and outside the organisation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good leadership skills
