The Marketing Manager's two main objectives are to generate sales leads and to increase the quantity and quality of the company exhibition visitors.
Responsible for the planning and implementation of our marketing strategy.
Must develop integrated and cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote our exhibitions.
Responsible for defining our messaging: on a corporate level, as well as for the different exhibitions (targeting various industries) we have in our portfolio.
Needs to ensure our messaging is consistent across all our different communications channels.
Responsible for putting together the marketing budget and for always keeping it transparent, as well as giving budget reports to management.
Works closely with our exhibition managers to understand how marketing can support them better.
Proactive in establishing new media partnerships and social media partnerships and in reaching out to associations and government agencies to form strategic partnerships supporting our exhibitions.
Experienced in working with third-party agencies and copywriters and can deliver ‘to the point’ briefings.
Degree in Communications or Marketing.
At least 3 years in business to the business marketing role
Independent worker and forward thinker
Experience within the exhibition or events industry is desirable.
Experience in campaign planning and strategy and messaging.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
