The Marketing Manager's two main objectives are to generate sales leads and to increase the quantity and quality of the company exhibition visitors.


  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of our marketing strategy.

  • Must develop integrated and cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote our exhibitions.

  • Responsible for defining our messaging: on a corporate level, as well as for the different exhibitions (targeting various industries) we have in our portfolio.

  • Needs to ensure our messaging is consistent across all our different communications channels.

  • Responsible for putting together the marketing budget and for always keeping it transparent, as well as giving budget reports to management.

  • Works closely with our exhibition managers to understand how marketing can support them better.

  • Proactive in establishing new media partnerships and social media partnerships and in reaching out to associations and government agencies to form strategic partnerships supporting our exhibitions.

  • Experienced in working with third-party agencies and copywriters and can deliver ‘to the point’ briefings.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Communications or Marketing.

  • At least 3 years in business to the business marketing role

  • Independent worker and forward thinker

  • Experience within the exhibition or events industry is desirable.

  • Experience in campaign planning and strategy and messaging.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Great attention to detail.
