 A Marketing Technology (Martech) Manager with exhibitions experience is a professional who specializes in leveraging technology to enhance and optimize marketing strategies, particularly in the context of organizing and participating in exhibitions. This role involves a combination of marketing knowledge, technical skills, and a deep understanding of the exhibition industry.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Spearhead the strategic direction and architectural framework for diverse MarTech platforms, encompassing Chat, webinar, direct mail, microsite as well as be the primary liaison to managing the Eloqua and integration into the components of the CRM tool and Data Warehouse

  • Manage and grow marketing automation programs, including: email campaigns, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, workflows, integrations, sequences, and Eloqua development and maintenance, in addition to meeting specific department goals.

  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing technology tools with other business systems, such as SMS and WhatsApp platforms, CRM, sales, customer support and Data Warehouse

  • Implement marketing automation processes to streamline campaign execution, lead nurturing, and data management.

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and technology solutions.

  • Conduct training sessions for marketing teams on the effective use of marketing technology tools.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 

  • Master’s degree is preferred

  • 5-7 years’ experience in similar field

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools, and emerging MarTech trends.

  • Well versed in artificial intelligence and data analytics
