OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Function: 

As an Operations Manager, your role involves producing cost-effective exhibitions, collaborating with contractors for smooth event delivery, and developing best practices within the operations team to support show teams across territories. You're tasked with ensuring high customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strict budget control.

Responsibilities

• Produce cost-effective exhibitions and ensure smooth delivery by working with contractors
• Develop best practices within operations team to support show teams across territories
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, meet deadlines, and control budgets
• Ensure professional communication with exhibitors, sponsors, and contractors
• Manage scheduled communication throughout event process
• Streamline processes for maximum efficiency
• Assist in processing exhibitor information and monitor responses
• Mentor operational teams
• Plan and execute small projects or events
• Obtain quotes and negotiate costs for services
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements: 

• Ideally 4+ years' experience in conferences and exhibitions
• IOSH Certification desirable
• Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic and English at a professional level.
• Budget management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Openness to international travel
• Proven experience in operations leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
