The People Manager  be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our talented team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees are engaged, motivated, and empowered to deliver their best work. If you have a passion for people, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the creative industry .

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.

  • Experience as a People Manager or in a similar HR role within an marketing agency

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing HR processes and data.
