ESMOS is currently recruiting for a Performance/Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent Conference & Exhibition organiser based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with spearheading the development, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across a diverse range of platforms. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the dynamic landscape of digital marketing with finesse, driving engagement and conversion. With a keen eye for innovation and a robust understanding of emerging trends, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in elevating the organisation's online presence and maximising its impact in the industry.


  • Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all platforms in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.

  • Strategize to enhance social media presence across existing and new channels, driving engagement and conversion.

  • Proactively suggest new social media marketing channels and techniques to boost engagement.

  • Manage website operations, including SEO, Google goal conversion, and E-commerce tracking.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimise landing pages, improving user experience.

  • Lead the implementation of a community news website, ensuring effective launch and audience growth.

  • Explore and implement new digital marketing tools to enhance campaign performance.

  • Train and oversee the Digital Marketing Assistant and other team members as needed.

  • Direct organic social media marketing activities, including message scheduling and refinement.

  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.

  • Manage campaigns across all social networks and optimise based on insights and performance.

  • Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies to drive business objectives.

  • Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, utilising analytical skills.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, collaborating with agencies and vendors for adoption where appropriate.


  • Marketing or Business Degree with at least 5 years of experience.

  • Leadership and people management abilities.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Proficiency in content creation.

  • Possess core and managerial competencies, including knowledge of best business management practices.

  • Highly creative with exceptional analytical skills.
