Pitch Proposal Manager

Are you a Pitch Proposal Manager?  

Looking for an exceptional Pitch Proposal Manager with experience in events and exhibitions agencies who would manage the pitch and proposal response lifecycle from start to finish.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic guidance for RFP responses, proposals and pitches.

• Will also interface with the team involved in the process to best position pursuit for successful outcomes. 

• Organize and conduct proper kick-off calls. 

• You will determine response requirements, assign responsibilities, and compile and organize information. 

• Identify, create and update information that differentiates the company from its competitors, including clearly articulated value propositions, win themes and client-centric benefits. 

• Create new content as needed and conduct quality control and ensure on-time delivery of pitch and proposal responses.

Required experience: - 

• 3 years of experience working with events/ experiential industry

• Direct client interaction

• Excellent English communication skills

• Creative content writing background
