The Pitch Proposal Manager ensures the smooth development of pitches and proposals for our clients, by coordinating across the creative team of specialists ensuring the team is supported in an efficient and effective manner. They’re responsible for adhering to timelines and deliverables to ensure our best chance of success.

The Proposal Manager needs to have a mind for strategy, an eye for creative aesthetics, and an excellent presentation methodology which connects with clients. A 2D design background would be an added advantage to secure this role. A creative mindset on events, activations and technical is a bonus.

You’ll focus on a continual pipeline of potential and upcoming pitch and proposal work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise to use market data, competitive research and trends to develop unique strategies that guides conceptual proposals.

  • Identify insights, challenges and opportunities for clients while crafting experiential events, activations and experiences within creative proposals.

  • Interpret creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts.

  • Work with the design team to edit and modify copy to meet client content expectations.

  • Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.

  • A creative mindset on events, ideation, activations, and presentation strategist in PowerPoint.

  • Ensure to stay up to speed on current trends, technology, and the creative industry to create the highest standards of work.

  • Show leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that support strategies and achieve client objectives.

  • Responsible for current knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and technologies and the ability to institute best practices for digital and traditional marketing product.

  • Participate in pitch strategy and demonstrate an ability to articulate those strategies


  • 5+ years as a creative professional within the industry

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Arabic is an advantage

  • 2D Design background is an advantage
