We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-orientated  Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales process for both exhibition stands and sponsorship to potential clients on the exhibitions that they work on.

Responsibilities

  • Visit competitor exhibitions and domestic clients and close business face to face as well as over the phone.

  • You will achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan expanding the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

  • Create and implement a global sales strategy with team members.

  • Oversee and manage the pipeline, from lead generation to sales conclusion, emphasizing working closely with the database team to adopt best practices.

  • Active management is responsible for growth, account management, and protecting revenue generation from the agent base.

  • Identify, validate, and implement new sector developments in line with industry developments.

  • Undertake continuous analysis of all revenue channels and identify new opportunities and sources of revenue generation, paying particular attention to price point analysis and competitor positions.

  • Manage and set the overall revenue sales targets, including annual targets, while drafting and setting individual sales targets, to achieve maximized yield.

  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate the sales team, pay attention to incentive plans and commission structures, and set targeted KPIs while coaching and mentoring team members throughout the year.

Minimum Experience:   

  • Previous similar experience, a network you can begin communicating with immediately.

  • Fluency in additional languages to English is an advantage, particularly Arabic.

  • Ability to ask consultative, probing questions to identify and handle objections 

  • Ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in person and electronically 

  • Ability to close business and identify cross and up-selling opportunities  

  • Experience managing multiple clients  

  • High-Energy and a positive attitude 

  • Willingness to travel  

  • Experience with CRM desired
