We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for a client in the events industry based in Dubai.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales in the real estate sector. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and ensuring the overall success of the events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, lead generation, and new client acquisition.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.

  • Work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and industry stakeholders.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Implement performance metrics to track individual and team sales performance.

  • Regularly analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide continuous learning opportunities for the team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends and regulations.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
