Our clients, a leading Events & Entertainment agency are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their team to help deliver world class events and projects.

The Job:

  • Overall control of assigned projects - would need to be hands-on with contract negotiation/client liaison

  • Identification of team members required for operational on-ground support of the project

  • Time management and all third-party elements are build/constructed/booked and confirmed by the Production Team

  • Overall onsite operational control and liaison with HSE, Client Team, Production and Operations lead

  • Work with other team members within the organization to review budget and cost elements

  • Organized and efficient

Requirements

  • Min 7 years’ event management experience

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Process driven • Production and technical know-how

  • Experience of organizing complex events

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Adept in planning for seamless performance and with attention to detail

  • Ability to handle stress and stay calm and respectful in stressful situations

  • Adept in formal/ corporate communications

  • Leadership ability to delegate with close supervision
