The Senior Sales Commercial Manager will lead a new launch within the company's portfolio, focusing on generating revenues from new business accounts. They will develop a strategic business plan, collaborate with the launch team to identify and nurture new accounts, and cross-sell to existing clients.

The role entails driving the commercialization of a new launch event within the portfolio, requiring authoritative commercial acumen to close high-value sales across sponsorship, exhibition, and meeting rooms. Responsibilities include procuring a targeted list of new business prospects, managing both new business and key accounts, and surpassing revenue targets. This involves conducting market research to understand client objectives, tailoring partnership propositions, and cultivating long-term relationships. Collaboration with other departments such as content, marketing, and sales is crucial, as is occasional leadership support. Additionally, attending events to liaise with clients, ensuring contract fulfillment, and staying updated on industry trends are integral aspects of the role.

Requirements:-

  • 5 years of B2B conference, exhibition, and sponsorship sales experience, mainly in the energy sector.

  • Strong understanding of traditional and alternative energy dynamics.

  • Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.

  • Skilled in working with diverse cultures.

  • Successful in managing pipelines for multiple event projects across different regions
