The SeniorSales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and negotiating deals while maintaining and growing business with existing customers. This role will interact and approach to the main sectors and industries of the targeted corporate accounts (local and international).

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals on products and services.

  • Manage existing accounts to maintain business relations with them and grow commercial cooperation.

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Work closely with events, marketing and ability to operate as one team.

  • To keep abreast of developments in the international MICE market in order to understand trends with regards to configuring meetings and the application of technology.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years experience coming from within the MICE/Conferences/Hospitality sector

  • Degree in Business Administration / Hospitality / Event Management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
