The senior sales manager's responsibilities are to stay updated on trends and encourage continuous improvement, which includes seeking out sales innovations, selling new and existing exhibitions to meet targets, and understanding market trends. Keeping abreast of industry developments fosters adaptation and success.

Requirements:-

• 7+ years' exhibition industry 
• Fluent in English
• Effective communication across various mediums (phone, email, face-to-face).
• Highly motivated and ambitious, taking ownership for optimal outcomes.
• Working towards and exceeding KPIs.
