 Our client, an events company based in Loughton, is looking for a Sponsorships &Partnerships Manager to join their team.

As the Sponsorship and Partner Manager within our division, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to lead our partnerships and brand initiatives. Your primary objective will be to secure face-to-face meetings with brands, agencies, and companies, facilitating the acquisition of headline, section, and show feature sponsorships and partnerships.

The Job:

  • The ability to articulate the value proposition effectively will be essential in driving successful collaborations.

  • Responsible in developing, implementing, and optimising sponsorship packages to meet client objectives while ensuring substantial long-term revenue growth for events and brand partnerships.

  • Strong ability to establish and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and companies, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in securing sponsorships, negotiating deals, and closing agreements that drive revenue growth.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for sponsorship and partnership acquisition, aligning with the division's objectives and client needs.

  • Capacity to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize sponsorship packages.


  • Proven track record in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or business development roles within the events industry or related fields.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches targeted at senior stakeholders.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools for managing contacts, tracking sales pipelines, and generating reports.
