The Sponsorship Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales, sells sponsorship and digital opportunities for global events.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing sponsorship revenue and targeting clients with Conference Producers and Sales Managers.
  • Executing B2B sponsorship campaigns in Canada with a balance of analytical and creative skills.
  • Conducting market research and managing vendor databases.
  • Creating and managing sponsorship proposals and budgets.
  • Ensuring contract fulfilment and providing excellent sponsor service.
  • Attending events to manage relationships and secure future commitments.
  • Staying updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.

 

Requirements:-

  • At least 2 years in B2B sponsorship or event sales, ideally in energy.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, negotiation, relationship building, proposal writing, budget and contract management.
  • Excellent English; other languages are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and numeric skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
