The Sponsorship Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales, sells sponsorship and digital opportunities for global events.
Responsibilities:
- Maximizing sponsorship revenue and targeting clients with Conference Producers and Sales Managers.
- Executing B2B sponsorship campaigns in Canada with a balance of analytical and creative skills.
- Conducting market research and managing vendor databases.
- Creating and managing sponsorship proposals and budgets.
- Ensuring contract fulfilment and providing excellent sponsor service.
- Attending events to manage relationships and secure future commitments.
- Staying updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:-
- At least 2 years in B2B sponsorship or event sales, ideally in energy.
- Proficient in Salesforce, negotiation, relationship building, proposal writing, budget and contract management.
- Excellent English; other languages are beneficial.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and numeric skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
