Strategic Growth Director-Events

As the Strategic Growth Director, you will be at the forefront of our company's expansion initiatives. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing innovative strategies to propel our business to new heights. Your expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing operations.

Additionally, you collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives. Your strategic insights and decision-making skills play a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring the company remains competitive and successful in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement result-oriented growth strategies aligned with our company's vision.

• Analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify potential areas for expansion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in a senior management role in order to effectively and appropriately balance the risks and rewards of projects the group may embark on.

• Proven track record of success in strategic planning and business development.

• Extensive experience in driving growth in the events industry.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Willingness & ability to undertake frequent, short international travel as needed.
