As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-calibre candidates across departments.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to tailor recruitment plans.

  • Build relationships with external partners.

  • Collaborate on HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of HR Management within the events industry,

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven recruitment experience.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and systems.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
