Talent Manager - Temp Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious 360 Events Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in temporary event staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in temporary event roles. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and recruit top event talent for temporary positions

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for temporary event positions

• Manage candidate relationships and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs

• Negotiate rates and terms of engagement with clients and candidates

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise

• Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and company policies and procedures

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 360 recruitment or as a resourcer, with a focus on temporary event staffing

• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment

• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
