Mark’s passion for the events industry began in his late teens, when he was involved in the London pirate radio scene and started launching his own events. “We did quite well in our early days as DJs in London, but you always wanted more gigs, and the best way to get more gigs was to throw your own events.” This early exposure ignited his entrepreneurial spirit and laid the groundwork for his future ventures. After a successful career in events and recruitment, Mark founded Esmos Recruitment in 2021, with a focus on connecting top talent with innovative companies in the events industry.
