We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-orientated  Commercial Head – Germany.

To strategise, conceptualise, plan, improve, direct and manage the overall sales and revenue delivery of the full portfolio of the exhibitions and conference division of the company to maximise its financial performance.

The role involves managing sales teams' performance, staying updated on industry trends, providing leadership and training, contributing to sales promotions, identifying revenue opportunities, developing CRM and key account strategies, achieving financial targets, innovating sales programs, implementing key account strategies, coordinating with Operations and Marketing, and tracking sales progress with a CRM system.


  • 10+ years of sales experience in the exhibitions industry

  • Ability to stay updated on the latest industry market knowledge

  • Strong sales, interpersonal, and negotiating skills

  • German speaker is MUST
