  CONFERENCE DIRECTOR

ESMOS seeks a Conference Director for our client, based in London.

The Conference Producer oversees all aspects of conference planning, from content development to speaker coordination and industry relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with speakers for agenda placement.

• Conducting research for program agendas.

• Participating in sponsorship meetings.

• Maximizing agenda's commercial viability.

• Recruiting speakers and industry representatives.

• Providing strategic market information.

• Attending conferences for promotion and networking.

• Contributing to key themes and topics.

• Maintaining communication with management.

• Sending regular reports.

• Assisting with administrative tasks.

• Traveling for conference management and speaker liaison.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in developing profitable conference programs.

• Efficiently manages multiple agendas within larger programs.

• Supports marketing and sales campaigns effectively.
