Conference Producer.

Our client, a leading exhibition organiser, is looking to recruit a  Conferences Producer to join their team based in Dubai.

A highly dynamic, passionate, flexible team player to join our growing team as a Conference Producer. Responsible for curating time-bound, industry-relevant and commercially viable conference programs in line with the market needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to create innovative, trending, and commercially viable conference content.
• Develop creative session formats and recruit high-profile speakers, including journalists, C-suite executives, celebrities, and influencers.
• Build and maintain a community of speakers by collaborating with industry partners and associations.
• Oversee speaker recruitment, communication, and engagement, including promotional activities like interviews and webinars.
• Manage onsite conference presentations, ensuring quality and adherence to customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot and handle client queries during the event.
• Evaluate post-event performance through feedback collection, data analysis, and stakeholder reporting.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, design, operations, PR, and admin teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Prepare and present speaker decks, conference updates, and project reports.
• Negotiate and manage conference budgets.
• Utilize the CRM system effectively to maintain accurate information.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ of relevant experience in a managerial role in exhibitions industry
• Customer-focused and adaptable
• Creative with strong influencing skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Excellent networking and relationship-building
• Commercially aware with great communication
• Collaborative team player
